It is with deep regret that The Belleville Fire Department must announce the death of Firefighter Patrick Dunn. Pat became a member of the department on February 3^rd, 1989, and served proudly and faithfully for 16 years.

The Fire Department, The Township of Belleville, The Belleville Knights of Columbus, and the New Jersey State Firemen's Mutual Benevolent Association have honored him numerous times for heroic efforts and meritorious deeds both while on and off duty.

Patrick Dunn served tirelessly as the President of FMBA Local 29 for over 10 years. During which time he served on a local and state level. He chaired many committees for labor negotiations and charitable contributions as well. Pat never hesitated to lend a helping hand. His friendship, and leadership will be sorely missed, and never forgotten.

The Belleville Fire Department asks that everyone join in a moment of silence for Pat, and a prayer of comfort for his family.

Dear Lord
            You have called our brother to duty in your Heavenly Kingdom.

We ask that you take Pat into your Kingdom and give him peace.

We ask that you protect, and give comfort to his family here on earth.

We beg forgiveness of our sins.

We beg for mercy on our souls.

We thank you for all that you have given us.

We thank you for all that you will give.
